Can I still reserve the venue if a reservation is pending or booked?

A reservation is not complete until a deposit has been made, so a pending reservation may not mean that the venue is booked.  Please contact us right away by phone or email.  We'll be able to discuss your situation and perhaps make an accommodation.   If the date is booked, there could still be an opportunity for you to use the facility depending on your needs and the time of your event.

Do you allow alcohol on premises?

Here at Good Times on 29, LLC, we do not sell or serve alcoholic beverages. We will allow you to bring in alcohol under the circumstances that we will not be held accountable for any sustained property damage, charges, injuries, or deaths that may occur due to the consumption of alcohol during the scheduled event.

Do you require that we obtain a special event insurance policy?

No, we do not require that our patrons obtain a special event insurance policy; however, it is recommended.  Event liability coverage may help protect you if you're found responsible for property damage or an injury caused during your event.  If the band you hired damages a wall with their gear, for example, this coverage may help pay for repairs.  Some policies also cover incidents caused by your guests.  So if someone gets a little wild on the dance floor and trips a waiter as he walks by, event liability coverage may help pay for medical expenses resulting from an injury.  Again, make sure to read your policy to find out what kinds of situations it does and does not cover.

Do you allow smoking on premises?

We do not allow smoking of any kind while indoors.  This is an ABSOLUTE and NON-NEGOTIABLE rule that must be followed.  If you choose to smoke outdoors, please dispose of your cigarette butts in waste receptacles.

I would like to rent the bounce house for use at an event off-premise.  Is this allowed?

Unfortunately, at this time, the bounce house is only available for events held at Good Times on 29, LLC.  This is why our rental rate is so competitive.
