Inspection Sheet
- Make sure Air Conditioner is OFF
- Make sure Bathrooms are Clean and Lights are turned OFF
- Make sure Stove is Clean and Food has been Removed from Inside
- Make sure all Items are removed from Refrigerator
- Remove all Trash to the Dumpster
- Make sure Doors are Closed and Locked
- Place Key in the Drop Box
- After Inspection is Cleared – Your Deposit will be Refunded
